The PopPan collection comprises a range of baking tins, making use of both silicone as well as metal: The non-stick coated metal provides an even heat distribution, so that the cake becomes crispy and brown on the outside. The silicone pop-out ring in the bottom of the form makes it easy to simply push out the finished cake. For this the cake form is pressed lightly down – the silicone ring acts as a spring which gently pushes the cake out.
