Icon V-Drive is a vertically mounted forming station with an air-guided forming punch. It produces aerosol cans from previously unusable recycled aluminium. Since the cans are directly manufactured from disk blanks, it dispenses with machines for blanking, drawing, ironing and also scrap logistics. Moreover, it is possible to produce cans with thinner walls, which amounts to a savings in material of 40 per cent. The station features glass and aluminium profiles with curved cover panels and a stylish colour concept, which communicates innovation, quality and safety.
