The Energy Smart Rack is a free-standing server rack enclosure with independent cooling, providing cool airflow for the server only, not for the entire data centre. The rack accommodates 40 1-HE servers and allows for efficient cooling as well as compact IT installation by avoiding ingestion of warm air from the data centre. The clear front hermetically seals the enclosure while leaving the servers visible.
