The Ambition down jacket features not only light fabric and filling, but also a weight-reducing construction principle known as “H-chamber construction”. Vertical chamber walls separate the inner and outer layers of fabric, saving weight and boosting thermal insulation. With such insulating properties, explorers and adventurers remain warm and snug, whether they are at the highest summits or in the midst of the Antarctic wastes. Warmth is further ensured by the practical hood with its elastic opening that fits closely around the face to keep out wind; and with the help of the adjustable drawstring, the field of vision can be optimised. Sleeves are extra-long to prevent them from slipping up and to enhance freedom of movement. The generous inner pockets offer plenty of space for useful items. When not in use, the 380-gramme-light jacket can be compressed and folded up into the jacket’s side pocket, which also serves as a carrier bag.
