The Urbanaut bicycle helmet was developed especially for e-bike users and is specially designed to resist the significant forces that can occur during falls at higher speeds. This is achieved by the fusion of different materials. The inner shell is made of two expanded polystyrene materials of different density that provide support and also a shock-absorbing function. The outer shell features a combination of ABS layers and polycarbonate, which minimizes the helmet’s volume and weight, guaranteeing optimal shock protection. Ventilation is regulatable via integrated air vents.
