The chair S-0507 was designed by Tadaomi Mizunoe for the reading room of the Kanagawa prefectural library in 1954, the library designed by Kunio Maekawa. After several redesigns it was finally manufactured. The chair combining molded plywood and plain wood. The plain wood holding the curved backrest and seat, which wraps around the human body. The chair looks so simple, but very comfortable.
