The 1st Romantic Road 3 Arts Festival took place at various locations across Taipei and 9 Hakka settlements spanning 150 kilometers on Taiwan Romantic Road 3. Hakka Affairs Council invited Wu Han-chung as Design Director to bring the public to experience the Hakka culture from a new perspective. It is the largest art festival in Taiwan, and one of the widest coverages in the world.
