Temple activities for solving poverty problems [Otera oyatsu club]
"Otera oyatsu club" receives various foods donated to temples, considering it as a gift from Buddha. And we distribute it to economically difficult families through organizations that support children. By connecting the temple that agreed with the purpose of the activity and the community groups that support the children and the single parent family, we are giving them sweets, fruits, foods, daily necessities, and tender hearts. In Japan, one in seven children is in poverty. The number of children who are having trouble taking a meal once a day is increasing. On the other hand, a lot of food is served in the temple. We aim to solve the problem of poverty by connecting the surplus of the temple to the lack of society.
