Brown's Rice Packaging
This unconventional rice packaging uses “easy-open” can to enhance product safety and portability. It also allows the possibility of merchandising on a vending machine for small families. The design on the packaging represents an indigenous headdress. Each of the three cans illustrates the story of the local. Native with facial tattoos are the "people" that dwell in these land. The field that makes up the totem of the headdress shows the pure landscape of the "origin"; and the rice paddies indicate the abundant and joyful "harvest" are the feathers on the headdress. Together they are the gift and the pride of the land of Taitung.
