ESP is a lighter, smaller, and faster MRI machine producing images with greater clarity. While large MRIs must be installed on either the ground or top floors of buildings, requiring costly hatches and/or demolition, ESP is half the size and only weighs 2,500 kg, allowing it to be installed using a freight elevator and rolled to its final location on any floor. MR ESP reduces patient anxiety and intimidation with a smaller scale, a more welcoming form, and doesn't require the patient to travel to the center of the bore to produce images, thus greatly reducing claustrophobia.
