The building is located in a mountainous area. In reference to the landscape, the home exterior uses the color and texture of concrete in an austere, natural look. Inside the minimalist theme continues with patterns and shades of solid woods. The project makes use of open, semi-transparent sliding doors to create a bare space with sufficient ventilation for cooling. Lighting enters through windows, casting interesting shadows on the walls, objects, and materials. The effect brings to the fore the design's unique character and its nuanced approach to the environment, architecture, and space.
