Fortmann, the founder and managing director of personnel consultancy five14 from Hamburg, has launched an action to draw attention to impressive female talents that already exist in the digital economy. Expressive photographs by the Hamburg star photographer Frank P. Wartenberg, paired with interviews on the careers and challenges of female executives, prove in this book that the digital economy also creates facts on the subject of women in management positions.
