The Janssen cookie molding machine was designed for the individual and efficient shaping of biscuits and endless dough sheets for cake trays. Depending on the size of the baking trays and the desired output quantity, different sizes and types of equipment are available. The design achieves a challenging synergy of ergonomics, high functionality, durability, and hygiene in compliance with the strict guidelines and standards in the food processing industry.
