Swedish designer Matti Klenell took his inspiration for Nappula from an awkwardly shaped table with ‘swollen’ legs. It reminded Klenell of a classic form regularly found in the works by design masters like Oiva Toikka and Kaj Franck. Klenell’s interpretation of the table resulted in Nappula’s signature silhouette. A tall, elegant stem standing on a round, solid base. A seamless blend of contemporary and vintage elements, Nappula reflects a gentle light that brings relaxed ambience to any interior.
