Putki lamp 340 x 205 mm
The Putki lamp was originally designed and made by a collective led by designer Matti Klenell that included Iittala for the re-opening of Sweden’s Nationalmuseum in Stockholm. The massive glass lamps were placed in the windows of the museum’s restaurant. Iittala scaled the Putki lamp for a new collection created by Matti Klenell that features a large mouthblown glass lantern in three complementary colours. The Putki lamp’s clear glass shade was mouthblown at the Iittala Glass Factory in Finland. The impressive size and clean design add a simple sophistication in any interior while the warm glow from the Putki lamp creates harmony. Powder coated steel/terracotta coloured feet.
