Further and Faster than the Competition
In the incredibly commoditised and competitive logistics sector, which had been one of the industries most affected during the economic downturn, the challenge was to help a comparatively small, family run business to use branding and communications design to not only return to profit, but also grow. Since the strategic rebrand, the design solution brought a sense of directness and intelligence to the haulage business and has transformed White Logistics’ fortunes. Sales are up 60% and have increased by £3.06million, and the business is now using 50% more vehicles and employing 30% more staff. Four years after the rebrand, overall profitability has increased 403%. The new brochure resulted in the conversion rate for new business wins soaring from 8% to an exceptional 43% in the first year, and the rebrand paid for itself 10 times over in the first nine months.
