Manufacture Design is the new office of a Paris design studio, housed in a 160-metre long industrial warehouse built in 1922. The design concept strives to find the right balance between the monumental nature of the historical structure and the demands of an inspiring, open-plan think tank. As it aims to offer good working and living conditions, this 5,000 sqm site includes meeting rooms, tea rooms, libraries and sports halls, as well as a design school and two restaurants. The finishing touch to the concept are 1,000 sqm of exterior grounds.
