Shoko
Developed together with professional chefs, these kitchen knives were designed with blade arches for optimised handling and good cutting properties. Their deeply etched damask structure features particular non-stick properties. To guarantee consistent quality, stainless VG10 steel from Japan was used. The handles are made of a cast hybrid-material of olive wood bowls and epoxy resin, which after curing creates a robust surface with a wood-like grain and feel.
