The use of many temporary exhibition showrooms creates a lot of waste. This pavilion, which is used as a furniture showroom, is designed to do the opposite. The outdoor construction consists of 821 recyclable plywood elements in a standard size of 1.22 sqm. It can be assembled or disassembled in 48 hours, thereby minimising time and construction costs. After use, the pavilion is converted into 410 sets of furniture. The plywood sheets can be converted into hexagonal tables and rectangular chairs which are assembled and subsequently used locally for communal purposes.
