Vertex Edge is a reliable monitoring system for detecting toxic gases in plants and factories which is easy to operate and service. Primarily used in silicon wafer foundries, it can detect even extremely low levels of toxic gases by continually measuring air from up to 72 source points with the manufacturer’s proprietary ChemCassette detection technology. In the case of an emergency, all personnel are warned of toxic gases. As space is very limited on such premises, the design of the system places great importance on a small footprint.
