The AGV is a wirelessly controllable vehicle for automating in-plant material handling. Its design conveys a sense of power and strength, while its dynamic colour can be easily recognised by people and other vehicles. Strips of light on the front and rear provide feedback on the vehicle’s current stage of work through different colours and patterns and additionally increase its visibility. Two laser scanners create a three-dimensional map of the environment and safely guide the vehicle, which is powered by two electric motors, to the destination areas.
