One of the biggest design challenges with televisions is the fact that this device tends to dominate attention in a room when it is turned on, and therefore needs to be displayed prominently, but is inert when turned off, and therefore liable to disturb the ambiance of a room. This problem has grown more difficult to solve as TVs have grown in size. This TV takes a novel approach. Neither wall-mounted nor mounted on a stand, it instead leans nonchalantly against the wall, like an easel waiting to be taken out.
