Since the world's first television was produced in 1923, screens have always turned black when turned off. As TVs have increased in size, the tension between the mute black screen and the surrounding environment has become more and more pronounced. The question for designers thus becomes: how can you integrate the TV into the environment more harmoniously? This in turn raises deeper questions about the relationship between technology and art, form and function, humans and their environments. We believe that some of these questions have now been answered, through the arrival of the XIAOMI Transparent TV. This is the future of TV.
