BONUS TRACK is a new shopping district in the residential area of Shimokitazawa,built on the site of the Odakyu Line. It consists of four Nagaya-type shop houses (10 units in total) and a commercial building with a function to support them, which are built to create the plaza. It is a plan for a new mixed-work and residential shopping district that blend in with the local community.
