The StimRouter system treats chronic pain. The system consists of an implantable lead, an External Pulse Transmitter (EPT), a Remote Control and disposable Electrodes. The EPT generates a pain relieving electrical signal and transmits it through the Electrode and skin to the StimRouter Lead. The EPT is the world's smallest rechargeable stimulation device of its kind. It was designed to conform to natural body contours. The sleek design does not impede on daily activities such as getting dressed and the “clean” design does not call attention to the fact that users use a medical device.
