For the design of this component stereo system with DVD player the focus was to harmonize the product with a 20 inch flat screen TV. The result was a 20 cm2 cube-shaped main unit with speakers of equal depth, which have been calculated to match to the depth of the TV. The exterior of the cube-shaped main unit was designed to eliminate seams where possible. While designing the touch sensor operational panel, care was taken to create a smooth shape and texture for a comfortable feel. The illuminated graphical display also adds movement and attractiveness to the unit.
