LOOCAT is a new kind of digital network device with a security function in which emergency notification is sent to predefined contact telephone numbers and a network control function that allows for external control of digital door lock, gas valve controller and security sensor that are interfaced with the main body. It does not require security service payments. It has been developed for small offices and residences where existing security systems are too costly.
