This paper machine with a length of about 200 meters produces 1,000 t paper per day from 100% waste paper. Depending upon customer request and type of paper the machines are subject to strong transformations. By a platform concept of function and design elements the machine communicates the Voith value “engineered reliability”. For the reduction of cleaning times spraying protection elements are used, which reduce the noise emission within other ranges, ensure safe working and contribute to water and energy recovery. The new floor arrangement of the gangways guarantees user-friendly way easement.
