The Splines furniture series uses natural rattan. The pieces are not joined during manufacture, but rather held together by an innovative system of brackets which is part of the steel frame. As no glue is used to connect the natural fibres to the metal, the process is extremely environmentally friendly; if the piece of furniture is dismantled into its individual parts, the fibres are biodegradable and the metal can be recycled. The lines of the Relaxer are very gentle and flowing and highlight the sensual nature of the core material.
