The Café 6116 dining table has a surprisingly unconventional design. Harking back to the 1960s, when Persian rugs were all the rage in East European cafés, this table uses processed old carpets for its table top. It is precisely its worn look and signs of wear that tell a story. The frame is made of welded, powder-coated steel sheets. Despite the use of such a light-weight material, the curvature at the upper ends provide stability.
