This fabric production process collects mono-material PEI and Flexible Printed Circuit recycled waste, chops it into PEI pellets and then spins it into yarn or nonwoven fiber to produce mono-material PEI fabric. Being a mono-material, the PEI fabric can be recycled again for re-use numerous times. PEI fabric is an industrial circular material, which follows the “Cradle to Cradle” design concept: rethinking the design strategy from the beginning and making a material that can be reused in a closed loop.
