The Titanium Chef Patissier XL was designed to assist users with the preparation of complex recipes. A particular technical feature is the stainless steel mixing bowl that can be heated to different temperatures and enables the realisation of sophisticated baking processes. All ingredients are weighed directly in the bowl or in the accessories thanks to the integrated scale. The functions as well as a selection of preset programs are simply entered via a touchscreen in combination with a rotary knob.
