The Convotherm maxx is a combi oven for small to medium-sized professional kitchens. The housing is made of durable stainless steel and has a clearly structured design language. The colour scheme draws the eye to the handle and the window as well as to the control unit, which features a self-explanatory user interface. To reduce contact with the handle, the antimicrobial door handle can be unlocked without the use of one’s hands by using an elbow. The flat face of the door handle allows you to simply slam the door shut, which locks it and starts the cooking process.
